Frequently Asked Questions
- Where is my shipment?
For domestic orders, we ship via USPS and UPS, both of whom provide tracking on their shipments. You should have received an email notifying you of this tracking number. If you never provided an email address, or never received this email, please feel free to contact our offices at 800-832-8489 and we can pull up your record to find the tracking number and locate where your package is.

- Can I order by phone or by mail?
Call us Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST to place an order.

- the items you’d like to order,
- your name and address,
- the address where you’d like your order shipped,
- how you’re paying for your order (credit card #, check, or invoice),
- and how you would prefer that we ship your order.
- Do you offer special prices for book sellers?

- I am a bookstore owner. Can I pay my bill by phone?
If you are paying an outstanding invoice with a credit card, please call during normal business hours and we can take your information over the phone.
