Brother John-Mary of Jesus Crucified, O.C.D., is a Discalced Carmelite friar of the Province of the Immaculate Heart of Mary who serves at the Monastery of Our Lady of Mount Carmel in Washington, D.C. He holds a licentiate in Systematic Theology from Boston College, specializing in the spiritual teaching of St. John of the Cross. He has taught courses for The Catholic University of America and the Teresianum. He is a member of the Institute of Carmelite Studies and producer of the CarmelCast podcast.
Father Michael-Joseph of St. Thérèse, O.C.D., is a Discalced Carmelite friar of the Province of the Immaculate Heart of Mary who serves at the National Shrine of Mary Help of Christians (Holy Hill) in Wisconsin. He studied Carmelite spirituality in Ávila, Spain and holds a licentiate in Spiritual Theology. He has taught for the Teresianum, contributes to Ascension Press, and is a member of the Institute of Carmelite Studies, where he also co-hosts the CarmelCast podcast.
